Carve Magazine is named in honor of short story writer Raymond Carver. The publication provides a valued showcase for the art of short stories. I’ve worked with Carve since 2012, when they moved from a digital-only magazine to their first print issue, and have since developed Carve’s vibrant and distinctive cover illustration style. Carve Magazine’s cover designs are an important part of the Carve look for its readers, and they are now used to brand the magazine more generally.
